Quotes, grouped. People, counted.

A finding is one claim from one person, kept word for word. A theme is a group of findings about the same thing, ranked by how many different people said it.

How findings become themes.

Fourteen kinds

Pain, workaround, trigger, cost, switching, and nine more. Every finding is typed, so you can ask "show me every workaround" across a project.

Counted by person

One talkative person is still one person. Themes rank by distinct sources, never by how many quotes a theme has.

Emergent threads

A recurring statement that fits no kind surfaces as a thread once three or more people have said it.

Coverage

Know what you did not ask.

If you wrote questions ahead of time, Narrera grades how much of your guide each interview covered. If you did not, it reports how much of your belief has evidence against each part.

Project: Monday no-shows

We believe practice managers at small physio clinics, who ring tomorrow's list by hand, lose their first hour to no-shows when patients book weeks ahead, because reminders reach the wrong number.
