The agreement between you and Narrera, Inc. when you use the product.
You need an account to use Narrera. You are responsible for what happens under it. Workspace owners can transfer ownership to another member at any time.
You own what you upload and record. You warrant that you have the right to record and upload it, including any consent the law where you are requires from the people on the call.
Where a workspace has training consent turned on, you grant Narrera a licence to use workspace content to improve our models. Turning consent off stops future use. Content already used is removed from training sets at the next scheduled rebuild.
Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Tax is applied from the first sale. If a payment fails you have 14 days to fix it; after that processing pauses but your data stays readable and exportable. No refunds for the current period.
We aim for the product to be available all the time and tell you by email when it is not. We do not promise a specific uptime on the Solo and Team plans.
You can delete your workspace at any time. We can end the agreement for abuse, with notice, and you keep the right to export.
