What we collect, where it lives, and what we do with it. Plain language, then the long version.
Account details (name, email, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google or Microsoft), workspace content you add (people, projects, recordings, transcripts, survey responses, imports), and product usage (which features you use, when). If you connect a calendar, we also read its events (see Connected calendars below). We do not collect video or payment card numbers (Stripe does).
If you choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, that account gives us your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to create your Narrera account and sign you in. We never receive your password, and signing in gives us no access to your email, files or contacts. You can use an email address and password instead.
If you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar so the notetaker can join your calls, we read your events with read-only access: each event’s title, times, meeting link and guest list. We use them only to decide which calls the notetaker joins and who was on them. Our meeting-bot supplier, Recall.ai, keeps the calendar in sync for us. We never change your calendar, and you can disconnect it at any time in Settings.
Narrera’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Supabase and object storage in US regions. Backups are point-in-time plus nightly replication. We test restores quarterly.
Members of your workspace, and anyone you give a read-only link. Narrera staff access workspace content only to resolve a support request you have opened, and we log that access.
