What we believe

We believe start-up founders exploring a new idea, who automate their customer discovery using AI, end up making product decisions on incomplete data, because when a chatbot summarises their notes, a computer decides what counts and keeps no record of what it dropped.

That is our belief, written in the format we ask you to use. We tested it the way we ask you to: five interviews, scored, counted by person. It held.

How we work

• Quotes, never paraphrases. The product shows what was said.
• The recording is yours. Delete it when you want; keep the transcript if you want.
• Honest about weak evidence, including our own. Results below five interviews say so.
• We train on customer content only with the workspace's consent, and we say so plainly.
